Incident Command System
The Incident Command System (ICS) is a standardized, on-scene management system that helps coordinate emergency responses. It allows agencies to work together using a common structure and terminology to control personnel, equipment, facilities, and communications at an incident scene. The ICS is designed to manage incidents of any size, from beginning to end, and can help reduce confusion and resource shortages.
Patrol members must complete ICS-100: Introduction to the Incident Command System course one time and provide a copy of the certificate to the Patrol Representative.
