The OEC technician card operates off of a three-year renewal cycle. Members complete refreshers A, B, and C within a 3-year period. Patrollers are required to complete the current year's refresher prior to the end of the calendar year in order to maintain active status. If a patroller fails to complete OEC Refresher before the deadline, they will become delinquent and must complete the required training.
